This is my final draft for my Dorothea Lange series. Throughout the 3 previous drafts I posted I really tried to imitate her style. I tried to document students and other people doing what they regularly do. I think that this series is a mixture of my best shots because they are more natural and less staged than the others.
great photos! I really like how most of the photos seem to no be not posed. I especially like the second picture because it looks very natural.
ReplyDeleteI really do like these shots. I originally had a little trouble relating the photos to one another. Once I read your little article at the bottom of the post, it makes sense. You really did a great job taking pictures of people in their element. None of the photos seem staged creating a genuine "realness", it's great. Lastly, good work with the black and white. Sometimes the filters dull the colors, yet I distinguish the various blacks, whites, and greys in the shot
